论治安学的研究对象与学科体系建设

摘　　要：我国的治安学富有本土特色,是研究社会治安现象和治安管理的一门公安学科。治安学是公安学科中的专业和支柱学科之一,既是综合性的理论学科,又是实践性很强的应用学科。治安关系与治安行为是治安学的研究对象,治安学科的系统性、专业性、实践性、技术性是其主要特点,治安学科体系由治安学基础理论、治安史学、比较治安学、治安组织理论、治安关系理论、治安管理权理论、治安管理业务活动等构成。China’s public security studies with local characteristics are a public security discipline studying the social security and security management.Public security studies are one of the professional and pillar disciplines in the disciplines of public security,which is not only a comprehensive theoretical subject but also a practical application subject.It is believed that the relationships and behaviors of the science of social security are the research objects of public security studies which have the main characteristics of systematization,professionalism,practicality and technology.The discipline system of public security studies is composed of the basic theory of public security studies,the history of public security studies,the organizational theory of comparative public security studies,the relationship theory of public security studies,the theory of security management and the activities for the management of public security.
