摘　　要：目的:探讨自体CIK生物细胞治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法:收治晚期消化道肿瘤患者80例,随机分为A组和B组,各40例。所有患者都经过手术、化疗,A组采用CIK治疗,B组不采用CIK治疗,观察两组的疗效。结果:经过CIK治疗,A组患者的生活质量和肿瘤标记物的改善情况明显优于B组;实体肿瘤的大小变化明显。结论:CIK用于晚期消化道肿瘤的治疗效果较好。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of autologous CIK cell therapy for advanced digestive tract cancer.Methods:80patients with advanced digestive tract tumor were selected and randomly divided into the A group and the B group,with40cases in each.All the patients underwent operation and chemotherapy,then the A group received CIK treatment,and the B groupdid not use CIK treatment,then we observed the curative effect of the two groups.Results:After the CIK treatment,the quality of lifeand the improvement of tumor markers in the A group were significantly better than those in the B group,and the size of the solidtumors varied significantly.Conclusion:CIK is effective in the treatment of advanced digestive tract tumors.
