营养与食品卫生学课程网络试题库建设初探

摘　　要：营养与食品卫生学是医学院校预防医学专业的一门专业必修课程。通过营养与食品卫生学网络试题库的建设,一方面可以实现教考分离,另一方面能够保证命题质量,体现考试的公平、公正,有利于促进教风学风建设及提高教学水平。该文从网络试题库建设的必要性、建设过程及存在问题等方面进行探讨,旨在进一步提升营养与食品卫生学课程的教学质量。Nutrition and Food Science is a professional required course for preventive medicine in medical university.On the one hand,it can realize isolation of teaching and learning,on the other hand,it can ensure the quality of thesis,reflect the fairness of the examination,promote study style construction and improve the teaching level though the construction of web examination database on Nutrition and Food Science.In this paper,the necessity of constructing the web examination database,construction process and the existing problems are discussed,for the purpose of promoting the teaching quality of Nutrition and Food Science.
