摘  要:联合确定基数法在医院绩效考核中可以实现对绩效考核结果的优化,能够更充分的体现出医务人员的工作能力,将自报工作总额与实际工作总额之间的误差控制在合理的范围内,更好的体现出科室的总体工作水平,但是在实际的应用中,医院绩效考核工作存在有非常大的复杂性,导致联合确定基数法的实际应用时,需要与医院的实际情况结合在一起进行分析考虑。本文对联合确定基数法进行了简单的分析,针对联合确定基数法在医院绩效考核中的应用进行了深入的研究分析,结合本次研究,发表了一些自己的建议看法,希望可以对联合确定基数法在医院绩效考核中的应用起到一定的参考和帮助,提高联合确定基数法在医院绩效考核中应用的有效性,保证绩效考核的公平和效率,提高医务人员的积极主动性。Joint definite cardinal number method can realize the optimization of the performance appraisal results in the hospital performance appraisal,can be more fully reflected the medical personnel's ability to work.The total error between self-reported work amount and the actual work is controlled within a reasonable range,the overall level of work better reflect the department,but in the actual application in the assessment of hospital performance has very large complexity,resulting in a combined to determine the practical application of the base of the actual needs,and hospital combined in analysis considered together.This paper gives a simple analysis of the joint determination of the base method for application of combined base determination method in hospital performance evaluation in the in-depth research and analysis,combined with the research,published some of his suggestions,hope to be a reference and help to the application of combined base determination method in performance evaluation in hospital since the effectiveness of joint definite cardinal number method used in hospital performance appraisal,to ensure the fairness and efficiency of performance appraisal,to improve the initiative of medical staff.
