美沙拉嗪口服联合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨美沙拉嗪口服联合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法选取116例UC患者,随机分为两组,各组58例,对照组口服美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗,观察组基于此,采用美沙拉嗪灌肠剂保留灌肠。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率(96.55%)高于对照组(67.24%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论溃疡性结肠炎患者应用美沙拉嗪口服与灌肠联合施治,疗效显著且确切,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mesalazine oral combined with enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods116cases of UC patients were randomly divided into two groups,58cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of sustained-release granules,and the observation group was treated with mesalazine enema retention enema.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.55%)was higher than that of the control group(67.24%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of mesalazine oral and enema is effective and safe in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
