儿科护士护理人文关怀现状的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨儿科护士的护理关怀现状,为儿科护士实施护理人文关怀提供可行性指导。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,选取我院儿科护理人员27名进行半结构、面对面深入访谈,运用Co Laizzi内容分析法将资料进行整理分析,提炼主题。结果共获得4个主题。即儿科护理人文关怀过程中需营造人文关怀的环境与氛围、人文关怀过程要注重与患儿及家长有效沟通、人文关怀应关注患儿需求的个体性和心理发展性、人文关怀应体现持续性。结论儿科护士对与患儿生理、环境有关的护理项目进行人文关怀的认知度较高。但在患儿需求个体性与心理干预,出院随访与指导这两个方面缺乏有效的护理关怀意识和内容。Objective To explore the current situation of nursing care of pediatric nurses,and to provide feasible guidance for pediatric nurses to implement humanistic care.Methods By using the phenomenological research methods of qualitative research,27pediatric nurses were selected in our hospital,conducted semi-structured and face-to-face interviews,and coLaizzi content analysis method was used to collect,analyze and refine the theme.Results A total of4subjects were obtained:In the process of humanistic care of pediatric nursing,the environment and atmosphere of humanistic care should be created;The process of humanistic care should focus on effective communication with children and parents;Humanistic care should pay attention to the individual and psychological development of children's needs;Humanistic care should be steadiness.Conclusion Pediatric nurses have a higher awareness of humanistic care for children with physiological and environmental care.But there is lack of effective nursing care consciousness and content in the individual needs and psychological intervention of children's needs and discharge follow-up and guidance.
