美国教育技术基础设施发展及其对我国教育信息化建设的启示

摘　　要：近年来,从联邦政府到各州政府,美国全社会都重视技术在教育中的发展和应用,尤其是教育机构,除从技术赋能的学习、技术赋能的教学、教育技术时代的领导力、教育技术时代的学习测评和教育技术时代的信息化基础设施建设等多个方面系统阐述了教育技术的发展与应用之外,还分析总结其对美国中小学教育和高等教育的影响与冲击。本文在文献分析的基础上,深入研究和梳理美国教育技术基础设施发展现状,并以国内教育信息化基础设施建设现状为背景,从无处不在的无线连接、功能强大的数字学习设备、优质在线学习资源、责任使用政策规范、学习者数据和隐私保护、设备和网络管理等六个方面系统阐述美国教育技术基础设施建设、发展与应用的重点,旨在对我国教育信息化基础设施建设提供启示和参照。In recent years,from the federal government to the state government,the whole society of the United States pay more attention to the development and application of technology in education,especially the educational institutions,have made significant progresses from technologyenabled learning,technology-enabled teaching,educational technology leadership,technology-enabled evaluation and education technology information technology infrastructure construction and other aspects of the development and application of educational technology,besides,analysis and summary the impact to the primary and secondary education and higher education in the United States.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper studies and summarizes the current situation of educational technology infrastructure development in the United States from ubiquitous connection,powerful digital learning equipment,high quality digital learning content,the use of policy norms,learner data and privacy protection,equipment and network management,as well as recommendations on China’s education information infrastructure to provide advice and reference.
