摘　　要：董仲舒基于对秦政治的反思和汉社会的研判,将王道与霸道相融合而形成了全新的以王道论为核心的政治哲学体系,其目的直指国家的安宁强盛与中央集权。董仲舒的"王道"既是各种社会现象和政治行为的方式、方法或路径,也是应遵循的法则,还是社会政治运行的理想形态,或者说是通往理想社会之路。Based on his rethink of Qin's politics and observation on Han's situation,Dong Zhongshu constructed the new system of benevolent government political philosophy through combining benevolent government with tyranny.His purpose was the peace,prosperity and centralization of the country.His benevolent government is the forms,methods and ways of various social phenomenon and political behavior as well as the rules that should be followed,and it is also the ideal form of social politics or the way to ideal society
