摘  要:目的调查乳腺癌术后患者化疗期支持性照顾需求与生活质量的水平,并探讨其关系。方法 2015年9月至2016年6月,便利抽取235例乳腺癌术后化疗期患者,采用一般资料调查表、支持性照顾需求量表(SCNS-SF34)与癌症治疗性功能评价量表-乳腺癌(FACT-B)进行调查。结果 230例患者入选,均对SCNS-SF34各维度存在需求,需求最高的是健康信息需求(31.30%);FACT-B总分(93.25±23.53)分,有待进一步提升。除社会/家庭状况、功能外,SCNS-SF34总分和各维度分与FACT-B其他维度及总分均负相关(|r|>0.168,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后患者化疗期对支持性照顾存在多种需求,需求强度与生活质量呈负相关。Objective To observe the level of supportive care need and quality of life in patients postoperation for breast cancer and accepting chemotherapy,and the relationship between them.Methods From September,2015to June,2016,235patients with breast cancer after surgery were conveniently sampled,and investigated with the general situation questionnaire,Supportive Care Need Survey Short-form(SCNS-SF34)and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B).Results A total of230patients were analyzed.Patients self-reported to need supportive care in all dimensions of SCNS-SF34,and the most frequency was in the health information(31.30%).The score of FACT-B was(93.25±23.53),that needed further improvement.The needs of supportive care in each dimension negatively correlated with the scores of FACT-B in the dimensions(|r|>0.168,P<0.05)except society/family and function.Conclusion The patients with breast cancer need variety of supportive care,which may impact their quality of life.
