摘　　要：目的:探讨来士普对以头痛、耳鸣、心悸为主要表现的抑郁症的疗效。方法:收治抑郁症患者89例,给予来士普治疗。结果:治疗4、8周末血浆P物质水平均较治疗前显著下降。治疗4周末与治疗8周末血浆P物质下降水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:来士普可降低以头痛、耳鸣、心悸为主要表现的抑郁症患者血浆P物质水平,对临床躯体症状以头痛、耳鸣、心悸为主要表现的抑郁症有效。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of lexapro in the treatment of depression patients with headache,tinnitus,palpitation as the main performance.Methods:89patients with depression were selected.They were given to the treatment of lexapro.Results:Plasma substance P levels were significantly lower at4and8weeks of the treatment than before.There was a significant difference in plasma substance P decline between the4weekend and the8weekend of the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lexapro can reduce plasma levels of substance P in depression patients with headache,tinnitus,palpitation as the main manifestations.It is effective for the clinical physical symptoms of headache,tinnitus and palpitations as the main manifestations of depression.
