摘　　要：目的:探讨介入方法治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:收治子宫肌瘤患者100例,采用介入方法治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗6个月子宫体积和子宫肌瘤体积明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12个月和治疗24个月子宫体积和子宫肌瘤体积逐步明显减少,与治疗6个月比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月临床症状明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12个月和治疗24个月临床症状明显改善,与治疗6个月比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:介入方法治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of interventional therapy for uterine fibroids.Methods:100patients withuterine fibroids were selected and they were treated with interventional therapy.We observed the treatment effect.Results:After6months of treatment,the volume of uterus and the volume of fibroid were significantly decreased;compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After12months and24months of treatment,the volume of uterus and the volume of fibroid were decreased gradually;compared with the6months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After6months treatment,the clinical symptoms were obviously improved,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after12months and24months treatment,the clinical symptoms were obviously improved,compared with the6months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of interventional therapy for uterine fibroids was significant.
