摘　　要：目的:探讨CAG方案对老年初治急性髓性细胞白血病的效果。方法:收治老年初治急性髓性细胞白血病患者38例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组用DA联合HA方案治疗,观察组采用CAG预激方案治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率和不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CAG方案对老年初治急性髓性细胞白血病的效果显著。Objective:To explore the efficacy of CAG regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia.Methods:38elderly patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with DA combined with HA regimen,and the observation group was treated with CAG pre stimulus program.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate and adverse reaction rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of CAG regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia was significant.
