摘  要:本文将改进的STIRPAT模型与内生增长理论相结合,研究了我国13个制造业行业绿色技术对碳排放强度的影响,以及行业间绿色技术溢出对碳排放强度的影响。借助各年的投入产出表构造权重来衡量绿色技术的行业间溢出,并将这种溢出分为国内溢出和国外溢出。研究结果显示,绿色技术水平的提高能显著降低二氧化碳碳排放强度,且行业间绿色技术溢出存在,国内行业间绿色技术溢出与碳排放强度显著负相关,国际行业间绿色技术溢出与碳排放强度显著负相关。Based on the improved STIRPAT model and the modern endogenous growth theories,the influence of green technology on the carbon emission intensity of13manufacturing industries in China and the effect of green technology spillovers on the carbon emission intensity were studied.With the input and output table of each year to measure the weight of green technology industrial spillover,and this overflow is divided into domestic spillovers and foreign spillovers.The results show that green technology has a significant positive effect on the reduction of carbon emission intensity.The green technology spillover in domestic industry has a significant negative effect on the decrease of carbon emission intensity.The green technology spillover in foreign industry has a significant negative effect on the reduction of carbon emission intensity.
