摘  要:本研究拟采用α、ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基体、正硅酸乙酯作为交联剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,添加补强填料白炭黑、增容填料轻质碳酸钙、增塑剂液体石蜡,优化工艺配方,制备成本较低而且易于普及聚硅氧烷口腔印模材料。最终制备的材料通过成型收缩率测定材料的印模精度,交联反应速率表征材料的定型时间,拉伸测试和撕裂强度试验评定材料的的力学性能。结果表明,当基体为100 g,交联剂为6 m L,催化剂为7 m L,补强填料16 g,增容填料为56 g,增塑剂为30 m L时材料的定型时间适宜、印模精度和力学性能最为优异,其定型时间为10 min,尺寸收缩率<0.79%,拉伸强度为1.19 k Pa,断裂伸长率为24%,撕裂强度为3.87 k N/m,且脱模性良好。The present study aimed to prepare oral impression material based on polysiloxane via optimized process and formulation,usingα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as matrix,tetraethyl orthosilicate as cross-link agent,dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst,fumed silica as reinforcing filler,precipitated calcium carbonate as compatibilizer fillers,liquid paraffin as plasticizer.This kindof oral impression material was of low preparation cost and easy to be popularized.Impression accuracy was analyzed by moldingshrinkage.Curing time was confirmed by the velocity of cross-linking.Mechanical properties were characterized by tensile strengthand tear strength.The results showed that curing time,impression accuracy and mechanical properties were optimum with100gpolysiloxane,6mL cross-linking agent,7mL catalyst,16g reinforcing filler,56g compatibilizer fillers,and30mL plasticizerrespectively.Curing time was10minutes and molding shrinkage was below0.79%.Tensile strength,elongation at break and tearingstrength of oral impression material were1.19kPa,24%and3.87kN/m respectively,and the demould property was fine.
