摘　　要：该文通过总结多年来军用软件工程项目开发经验,结合工程应用中最具代表性的项目类型特性,给出相应的软件生命周期模型,包括改进瀑布模型、改进迭代模型、模块架构模型、产品升级模型、初样正样模型。在实际应用中,根据项目的需求情况,研制周期,团队规模,人员技术水平及软件应用的重要程度等来选择适合自己项目的软件生命周期模型,规范项目过程,提高项目质量和开发效率。For years military project development experience has Summaried,combined with the engineering application of the most representative projects'characteristics,the corresponding software life cycle models have given,including an improved waterfall model,the improved iterative model,module architecture model,product upgrade model and prototype and final model.In practice,according to the needs of the project characteristic,the development cycle,the team size,the team's technical level and application characteristics of the project such as the importance of the data to choose to suit oneself software life cycle model of the project,standardize the project process,improve project quality and development efficiency.
