农业水利工程专业生产实习教学模式探索

摘　　要：生产实习是高校工科专业人才培养的重要阶段,是专业理论与专业技能实践相结合的关键环节。为进一步提高西安理工大学农业水利工程专业生产实习的教学质量和教学效果,通过对农业水利工程专业生产实习环节中存在的典型问题进行归纳总结,并结合本专业生产实习各环节的前期准备、过程管理及后期考核中的一些做法和经验,凝练形成了一套具有特色鲜明的生产实习教学模式。实践表明可有效地提高生产实习的教学质量和效果。Production exercitation is not only the important stages for talents cultivation of engineering major,butalso a critical process for combining theories and professional skills practices.To further improve the teachingquality and efficiency of agricultural water conservancy engineering of Xi'an University of Technology,the typicalproblems occurred during Production Exercitation have been summarized,by combining the methods and experiencesof the early-stage,in-process management and post evaluation,a set production Exercitation teaching model withdistinctive characteristics is formed,which proved to be useful in improving teaching quality and efficiency ofproduction exercitation.
