摘　　要：目的:检测胃肠胰腺神经内分泌瘤中表皮生长因子(EGF)水平,并分析EGF与临床病理特征的关系。方法:选取在笔者所在医院确诊的胃肠胰神经内分泌瘤(GEP-NEN)患者,采用免疫组织化学法检测组织EGF表达,分析其与淋巴结转移及淋巴管密度(LVD)的关系。结果:对于出现淋巴结转移的GEP-NEN组,其LVD值高于淋巴结未转移组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);淋巴结转移组EGF阳性率占52.6%,淋巴结未转移组EGF阳性率仅占18.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EGF阳性表达的患者,其LVD显著高于EGF阴性表达的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EGF的表达与LVD呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:对于胃肠胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤患者,其EGF表达阳性率高,其表达水平与LVD呈正相关,尤其对于出现淋巴结转移的晚期患者,其EGF水平更明显。Objective:To detect the level of epidermal growth factor(EGF)in gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors and to analyze the relationshipbetween EGF and clinicopathological features.Method:Patients admitted to our hospital and confirmed with gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumor(GEPNEN)adopted immunohistochemical method to test the expression of EGF and to analyze its relationship with lymphatic metastasis and lymphatic vesseldensity(LVD).Result:Regarding the GEP-NEN group with lymphatic metastasis transferring,the LVD value of which was higher than that of patients with nonlymphaticmetastasis transferring and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive rate of EGF in lymph node metastasis transferring group was52.6%,and was only about18.2%in non-lymphatic metastasis transferring group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);regarding patients with EFG positive expression,the LVD of which was significantly higher than that of patients with EGF negative expression,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of EGF was positively correlated with LVD(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regarding patients with gastrointestinalneuroendocrine tumors,it has higher positive rate of EGF expression and the expression level is positively correlated with LVD,especially for lymph nodemetastasis patients in advanced stage.
