摘　　要：茶叶是全球最普及的日常饮品,茶叶是重要的经济作物,茶叶的质量安全对茶叶的发展至关重要。贵州是茶的原产地之一,其独特的环境,有利于生产无公害茶、绿色食品茶和有机茶。重金属限制茶叶质量安全的重要因素,加强茶叶重金属的研究意义重大。本文收集整理了近年来黔产茶叶中重金属的相关研究资料,分析了黔产茶叶中重金属含量现状,探讨了土壤-茶叶中重金属中的相关研究,并提出了今后需要深入研究的方面。Tea is the worlds most popular daily drinks,tea is an important economic crops,the quality and safety of tea is essential tothe development of tea.Guizhou is one of the origin of tea,its unique environment is conducive to the production of pollution-freetea,green food tea and organic tea.Heavy metal is an important factor to restrict the quality and safety of tea.This paper collects therelated research data in recent years in Guizhou of heavy metals in tea,analyzes the Guizhou status of heavy metal content in tea,discussesthe related research of heavy metals in soil of tea,and puts forward further research aspects in future.
