摘  要:通过某型燃机透平的冷、热态通流,使用二维计算程序对其进行了通流分析,结论如下:(1)静叶进气角冷态时叶展方向平均比热态时低0.62度,动叶进气角相应的要高1.04度;对于出气角,无论是静叶还是动叶,冷态和热态的差异比较小。(2)静叶进、出口马赫数在冷热态时变化要小一些,冷态时动叶进出口马赫数总体上比热态要高。(3)冷态时,级载荷系数平均比热态值高0.02,级反动度平均高0.015。(4)冷态时,级效率要比热态时低1.17%。A2D program is used for the flow passage analysis of the cold state and hot state of a gas turbine, with findings that:( 1)The nozzle inlet flow angle in cold state is 0. 62 degree lower than that in hot state, but will 1. 04 degree higher for rotor blade inlet flow angle, the discrepancies of the outlet flow angle is minimal for both nozzle and rotor blade.( 2) Variation of inlet and outlet Mach number are small for nozzle, the inlet and outlet Mach number is bigger in cold state for rotor blade.( 3) The stage loading coefficient is 0. 02 bigger in cold state than that in hot state, the reaction is 0. 015 bigger in cold state.( 4) The state efficiency in cold state is 1. 17% lower than hot state.
