摘 要:目的:了解基层医院护士心理弹性现状,为基层医院护理管理提供参考和依据。方法:使用一般资料调查问卷、心理弹性量表对川东北地区3所县级医院和11所乡镇医院的541名护士进行调查,应用SPSS22.0对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:基层医院护士心理弹性总分(58.86±17.17)分,低于国内常模(65.40±13.90)分。学历、工作满意度、家庭支持程度、身体健康状况不同的护士之间,心理弹性得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:基层医院护士心理弹性水平有待进一步提高;护理管理者应采取针对性的措施,提升基层医院护士心理弹性水平。Objective:To explore the current situation of psychological resilience of nurse in primary hospitals and to provide references and basis for nursing management in primary hospital.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among541nurses from3township hospitals and11county hospitals in northeastern Sichuan,using the Connor-Davidon resilience scale(CD-RISC)and the self-designed questionnaire.The results of the survey were statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0.Results:The total score of resilience was58.86±17.17,was lower than the national norm65.40±13.90,and the scores of nurses with different from different educational back-ground,job satisfaction,family support,physical condition showed statistical significance(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The levels of psychological resilience of nurse needs to be improved,nursing managers should take active measures to improve the level of nurses psychological resilience in primary hospitals.
