摘  要:为了确保永磁缓速器的持续工作能力,克服制动力矩的热衰退现象,需要给缓速器添加一个合理的散热流道。为分析永磁缓速器定子散热流道温度场分布,建立了流道流体动力学数学模型,结合传热方程确定散热流道壁面的对流传热系数方程,并通过ANSYS Workbench进行仿真分析,得到了定子散热流道温度场分布。仿真结果验证了方程的正确性。In order to ensure the continuous working ability of permanent magnet retarder,overcoming thermal recession of brakingtorque,there is a demand of a radiating runner for the retarder.For the analysis of temperature field distribution of the radiatingrunner of permanent magnet retarder stator,a mathematical model for fluid dynamics is established,combined with heat transferequation,to get the convective heat-transfer coefficient equation of the wall of the radiating runner.Through simulation analysis byANSYS Workbench,the temperature field distribution of the stator is got.Results verify the validity of the equation.
