摘　　要：地方性高师院校正面临着转型发展的关键时期。立足地方、服务地方是地方性高师院校发展的目标。教育实习是培养师范生教育教学技能与技巧的重要环节。本文就当前师范专业教育教学实习中存在的主要问题进行了分析,针对关键问题提出了相应措施。目的是提高教育实习质量,提升师范生教育教学能力。Local normal universities are facing a critical period oftransformation and development at present.The goals of developmentof local normal universities are basing on the locality andserving the locality.Teaching practice is an important link oftraining normal students'teaching techniques and skills.In thispaper,we analyze the main problems existing in the teachingpractice of normal majors,propose the corresponding measuresfor key issues to improving the quality of teaching practice andpromoting the teaching capacity of normal students.
