威10牙齿美白技术与Beyond Ⅱ冷光美白技术在变色牙漂白中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究威10(Wy10)牙齿美白技术与Beyond Ⅱ冷光美白技术在变色牙漂白中的效果。方法将2015年1月~2016年12月收治的64例变色牙患者采用随机抽样分为研究组和对照组,每组各32例。研究组应用Wy10牙齿美白技术,对照组应用BeyondⅡ冷光美白技术。观察对比2组疗效(术后即刻、术后3个月)及预后[牙齿敏感度(术后12h、术后1w)、1w内牙齿敏感性发生率]差异,记录其手术前后(术前、术后即刻、术后3个月)牙面色泽即刻变化情况。结果 (1)术后即刻及术后3个月时,2组均无无效病例,治疗总有效率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月时,研究组显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)术后即刻及术后3个月时,2组牙面色阶均较术前降低,且研究组术后3个月牙面色阶较对照组低(P<0.05),术后即刻组间对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)术后12h、1w时,研究组牙齿敏感度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1w内牙齿敏感发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Wy10和冷光牙齿美白术漂白变色牙有效率均较高,但Wy10在长期疗效保持上更有优势,同时牙齿敏感发生更低,是较理想的变色牙治疗手段。Objective To explore the Effects of Wy10teeth whitening technique and BeyondⅡcold light whitening technique in bleaching for discolored teeth.Methods64patients with discolored teeth treated from January2015to December2016were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by simple random sampling method with32patients in each group.The study group was treated by Wy10teeth whitening technique(Wy10)while the control group was treated by Beyond II cold light whitening technique.The effects in2groups were observed and compared immediately after surgery and at3months after surgery.The prognosis(tooth sensitivity at12h and1week after surgery)and the incidence of tooth sensitivity within1week)were also observed and compared.The immediate color changes of teeth were recorded before and after surgery(before surgery,immediately after surgery,3months after surgery).Results①There was no invalid case in the2groups immediately after surgery and at3months after surgery.There was no significant difference in the total treatment effective rate(P>0.05).The treatment effective rate of the study group at3months after surgery was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).②Color levels of tooth surfaces in2groups decreased immediately after surgery and at3months after surgery,,and the color level in study group at3months after surgery was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups immediately after surgery(P>0.05).③Scores of tooth sensitivity in the study group at12h and1week after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of tooth sensitivity in the study group in1week after surgery was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective rates of Wy10and cold light whitening are high.However,Wy10has more advantages in long-term curative effect and the incidence of tooth sensitivity is lower.It is an ideal treatment method for discolored teeth.
