摘　　要：近些年来,超声引导下的神经阻滞在国内迅速发展,不过大多数仍为外周神经及浅神经阻滞,躯干神经和深部神经阻滞所见不多。而近十年以来,超声引导下的腰方肌阻滞(QLB)在国外得到了充分的重视和广泛的运用。反观国内的情况,极少有关于QLB的病例报导及相关论文,这一篇综述,回顾了QLB的发展历程,结合目前国内外的最新资料,展示QLB的解剖关系,并分析QLB的相关入路以及有效性、安全性及并发症,解答相关的疑惑,给现实的医疗活动提供依据,并为未来的研究设计指引方向。In recent years,ultrasound-guided nerve block has developed rapidly in China,but most of them are still peripheral and superficial nerve block,and the trunk nerve and deep nerve block have not seen much.In the past decade,the ultrasound?guided quadratus lumborum block(QLB)has been paid more attention and widely used abroad.In the domestic situation,there are very few cases of QLB and related papers.Combined with the latest information at home and abroad,this paper reviewed the development history of QLB,and showed the anatomical relationship of the quadratus lumborum,and analyzed the related approach,effectiveness,safety and complications,answered related questions,and provides a basis for medical activities and the design direction for future research.
