摘 要:以不同厚度的栓皮栎软木片材为研究对象,采用碱性品红、碱性品绿和碱性棕3种染料对其进行染色处理,研究染料种类和片材厚度对染色效果的影响因素,获得优化的染色工艺条件。结果表明,在试验范围内,染料种类对软木片材染色的影响最为显著,是影响软木片材染色色差和色饱和度差的主要因素,碱性品绿对软木素材和漂白材染色效果较好,软木片材厚度的影响不显著。素材或漂白材,较优的染色工艺为:软木片材厚度0.81-1.0mm,选用碱性品绿染色,浴比1︰15,助剂浓度1.0%,染料浓度1.5%,温度60℃,染色时间1h。In order to examine the influence of dyestuff type and thickness on dyeing of cork sheet from Quercus variabilis,three basic dyes(basic fuchsin,basic green and basic brown)were used to dye cork sheets with different thickness.The results showed that dyestuff type was the principal factor of influence on color difference and saturation difference of untreated and bleached cork sheets and its effect reached significant level in the scope of the test.The better dyestuff for untreated and bleached cork sheets was basic green.The influence of cork sheets thickness was insignificant.In the present study,whether untreated cork sheet or bleached cork sheets,the better dyeing process parameters were basic green dyestuff,liquor ration1︰15,concentration of additives10%,dye concentration15%,temperature60℃,time1h and cork sheets thickness0.81to1.0mm.
