摘  要:目的应用毛细管电泳和荧光标记技术,建立MAOA μ-VNTR多态荧光标记自动分型的方法.方法使用Chelex-100法提取DNA后,采用荧光标记和毛细管电泳检测技术对720份云南汉族无关个体血样进行MAOA μ-VNTR基因分型.结果荧光毛细管电泳分型方法能准确、高效地对MAOA μ-VNTR多态性进行分型检测.结论 MAOA μ-VNTR多态性荧光标记自动分型方法操作简便,在针对MAOA μ-VNTR多态性的相关研究中具有良好的应用前景.Objective To establish an automatic typing method for MAOAμ-VNTR polymorphism test using capillary electrophoresis and fluorescence labeling techniques.Methods DNAwas extracted by Chelex-100method.Blood samples from720unrelated Chinese Han individuals in Yunnan were genotyped by capillary electrophoresis and fluorescence labeled primer.Results MAOAμ-VNTR polymorphism fluorescent labeling automatic typing method had high efficiency.And the results from this method were accurate and reliable.Conclusions The operation of MAOAμ-VNTR polymorphism fluorescent labeling automatic typing method is simple.It has good prospects in the research for the MAOAμ-VNTR polymorphismtest.
