摘 要:简要阐述网络德育和网络德育生态内涵,依据生态学协同进化、群体动力、良性循环、生态系统整体效应理论,初步分析了大学生网络德育生态系统重要主客体及其关系、系统内外部信息产生及其交流模式、网络德育生态系统以及系统与外部环境调适等方面存在的问题。在此基础上构建了一个大学生网络德育平台生态优化模式,并提出了在保持生态系统主体丰富性的基础上,建立重要主客体的转换和错位发展机制;在保证信息等有效供给的前提下,优化大学生网络德育生态系统的信息等交流共享模式;加强监督与统筹协调,大力增强网络德育生态系统以及系统与外部环境调适效能等策略。This paper starts with the brief introduction of the connotation of online moral-education and its'ecology.Some theories,like co-evolution,group dynamics,virtuous circle and the overall effect of ecosystem,are employed to preliminary analyze some issues existing in the online moral-education ecological system on undergraduate,such as the important subjects,objects and the relationship between them,the generating and exchanging mechanism on internal and external information,the ecological system and the problems associating with the adjustment and adaption of the ecosystem to the external environment are discussed.According to the above work,we present an ecological optimization pattern for the online moral-education platform on undergraduate,and put forward a set of strategies for optimization,such as,establishing the mechanism for the conversion and dislocation development between subjects and objects on maintaining the richness of the ecosystem subject,optimizing the communication sharing pattern of the ecosystem on the premise of ensuring the effective supply of information,vigorously strengthen the ecosystem and its'adaptive efficiency to the external environment through reinforcing supervision and coordination.
