摘　　要：目的探讨循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)中Survivin的表达情况,并探讨其与膀胱癌患者病理分期、分级之间的相关性.方法采集50例膀胱癌患者外周静脉血,应用Can Patrol技术检测出不同型别CTC,用免疫组化法检测其中的Survivin表达,分析CTC中Survivin的表达与膀胱癌患者病理分期、分级之间的相关性.结果 50例膀胱癌CTC阳性率为42%(21/50),间质型CTCSurvivin阳性率最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);膀胱癌CTC及Survivin阳性率与肿瘤大小、数目、病理分期以及病理分级有关(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,CTC及Survivin阳性率与肿瘤大小、病理分期和病理分级有关(P<0.05).结论间质型CTCSurvivin阳性表达率最高,CTC及其中的Survivin与膀胱癌患者肿瘤大小、病理分期及分级相关.Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin in circulating tumor cells(CTC)and the association between CTC and clinicopathologic characteristics of bladder cancer.Methods Clinically confirmed50bladder cancer patients were enrolled in the study.CanPatrol technology was applied to determine different types of CTC.And expressions of Survivin in these CTC were detected by immunohistochemical procedures.C2test and multi-variates Logistic regression were employed to determine the association between Survivin in CTC and clinicopathologic characteristics of tumors.Results The positive rate of CTC in bladder cancer was42%(21/50).The mesenchymal type CTC had the most expression of Survivin(90.9%,withP<0.05).The presence of CTC and positive expression of Survivin were correlated with tumor size,number of tumor,pathological stage,and pathological grade(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis confirmed that the presences of CTC and positive expression of Survivin were significant correlated with tumor size,pathological stage,and pathological grade(P<0.05).Conclusion The presence of CTC and expression of Survivin may suggest the re-occurrence,progression and metastasis of bladder tumor.
