摘 要:公安院校法学教学坚持以实战化为导向,而现有的法学教学模式中仍存在不足亟需完善。提高公安法学教学的有效性,需要对法学教学方式进行改革与探索。IRAC分析法作为对案例教学法的补充和延伸,能够有效帮助学生掌握法律分析与论证能力,有利于学生法治思维的形成与法律逻辑的建构,符合应用型人才的培养要求。IRAC分析法在具体应用中需要教师的高素质与专业化,鼓励学生多角度思考、多层次论证以达到高质量的教学效果。Law education in public security insists on the combat teaching.However,there are still some deficiencies in the existing law teaching mode,which need to be improved urgently.To improve the teaching effectiveness,we need to reform and explore the teaching methods of law.As a supplement to the case teaching method,IRAC method can effectively help students grasp the ability of legal analysis and demonstration,and help students form the rule of law thinking and the construction of legal logic,in line with the training requirements of application-oriented talents.IRAC method needs the high quality and specialization of the teacher in the application.It can achieve the high quality teaching effect by encouraging students to think from several different angles,and to prove in multi-levelly.
