摘　　要：结合多年在河北大学国家化学实验教学示范中心的工作,就如何做好这项工作总结了一些经验,包括对工作重要性的认识、规范实验准备工作、精通仪器维修、积极开发自制仪器、做好信息的收与传、采用现代信息技术规范实验室内部管理、创新实验室安全和环保工作、加强自身学习与提高等。Combined with the years’work in National Chemical Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Hebei University,some experience on how to carry out this work well is summarized,which includes understanding the importance of the technicians’work,standardizing the experimental preparations,being proficient in equipment maintenance,actively developing selfmade instruments,doing a good job in the information collection and transmission,using the modern information technology to standardize the laboratory internal management,innovating the laboratory safety and environmental protection,enhancing the selflearning and selfimprovement,etc.
