可循环胺类用于烟气脱硫吸收剂的实验研究

摘  要:在水相中,将二乙烯三胺(DETA)、三乙烯四胺(TETA)、四羟丙基乙二胺(EDTP)、四甲基乙二胺(TEMED)、三乙烯二胺(TEDA)分别与磷酸(H_3PO_4)等摩尔反应,制得不同胺类烟气脱硫吸收剂。结果表明,吸收剂EDTP/H_3PO_4对SO_2具有良好的吸收和解吸性能,对SO_2有效吸收容量为0.342mol/L;脱硫率大于98%;解吸率均大于90%;可多次重复循环使用;富液pH值为4.30±0.02,贫液pH值为5.45±0.02。此外,EDTP/H_3PO_4可选择性吸收CO_2+SO_2混合气中的SO_2,富液中SO_3^(2-)和HSO_3^-的氧化率与时间呈线性关系,富液对金属的腐蚀性不满足GB 6944-2005危险类别4.2项要求。In order to produce amine absorbers for removing SO2from flue gas,the present study selected diethylene triethylene(DETA),triethylene tetramine(TETA),ethylenediamine hydroxypropyl(EDTP),methyl ethyl diamine(TEMED),and triethylene diamine(TEDA)as reagents in water to react with H3PO4by equimolar reaction.The results indicated thatEDTP/H3PO4had appealing performance of absorption and desorption properties for SO2,in particular,its efficient absorption capacity to SO2is0.342mol/L,its removal efficiency of SO2is more than98%,and its desorption efficiency is more than90%of SO2and multiplicating recycling,which rich liquor pH value is4.30±0.02and lean liquor pH value is5.45±0.02.Moreover,it could be concluded that EDTP/H3PO4had selective absorption of CO2and SO2in the gas mixture.There was a linear correlation between oxidation rate of SO32-and HSO3-in rich liquor and time.The metal corrosion to rich liquor could not meet the requirements of hazard class42GB69442005.
