工科大学生生产实习的困惑与对策

摘　　要：随着社会的发展与企业的转型,社会观念及人才培养模式也在发生变化,特别是对工科专业的人才培养,有些旧的模式已不适应当前的大环境,若不及时调整就会引发各种问题而严重影响教学的实施,达不到教学效果。本文针对当前工科大学生生产实习所遇到的困难及存在问题进行了研究,分别从内在心理层面和外在客观条件做了分析讨论,在此基础上针对存在的问题提出了建议与对策,诣在提高当前大学生生产实习质量,达到生产实习目的和效果。With the development of society and the transformation of enterprises,social concept and the model of t alent training is also changing,especially for the student who are major in engineering,some of the old model has not adapted to the current environment,it will lead to a variety of problems which seriously affect the implementation of teaching and can not reach the teaching effect if not adjust timely.This paper made a research of the current difficulties and problems encountered in the production practice of engineering students,a nalyzing and discussing from the internal psychological and external objective conditions r espectively,on this basis,aiming at the existing problems,this paper put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the quality of college students in the current production practice and achieve the purpose and effect.
