摘  要:互联网与外贸的结合催生了蓬勃发展的跨境电子商务,基于互联网的跨境电子商务运营模式已成为外贸行业转型升级的新动力。中小企业跨境电商人才需求具有复合性、应用性、创新性等特点,高职院校人才供给与市场需求脱节、教学内容与企业岗位能力要求脱节、师资和实训条件保障与人才培养方案实施配置要求脱节等现象仍比较严重,已成为制约产业发展的瓶颈。高职国际贸易类专业要适应"互联网+"时代要求,以创新创业人才培养为导向,从人才培养模式、课程体系、师资团队、实践与创新平台建设等方面,为高职复合型跨境电商人才培养探索全面科学的新路径。The combination of Internet and foreign trade has spawned the booming cross-border E-commerce,and it has become a new impetus for the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade industry because of its Internet-based business model.The needs of SMEs cross-border business talents are complex,applied,innovative and so on.However,the supply of talents in higher vocational colleges is out of line with the market demand,and the teaching content is out of line with the requirements of enterprise post capacity,at the same time,the guarantee of teachers and training conditions is out of line with the Personnel training program implementation configuration.These phenomena are still serious,which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the industry.Guided by the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,higher vocational international trade professional should meet the requirements of the"Internet+"era,exploring the new comprehensive and scientific path for higher vocational cross-border e-business personnel from the personnel training mode,curriculum system,teacher team,practice and innovation platform construction,etc.
