器械体操练习对高校体育专业学生身体素质的影响因素研究

摘　　要：器械体操内容是体育专业体操教学不可或缺的一部分,器械体操练习对体育专业学生身体素质的影响显著.运用调查等研究方法,以体育教育专家、体育专业学生、社会体育健身教练三类器械体操练习相关业内人群为调查对象,针对器械体操练习对学生身体素质提高以及专业技能掌握的作用进行调查研究.结果表明:1)器械体操练习对提高学生身体素质有不可替代的作用,特别是上肢牵引力和推撑力、躯干部的收缩力等力量素质,关节运动幅度的柔韧素质,身体灵巧灵敏性的灵敏协调素质以及克服困难的意志品质的心理素质等方面作用非常明显,影响因素非常显著.2)学生器械体操练习时心理耗能较大,对体育专业学生心理品质的影响较为显著.建议:1)在体操课程考核评价体系中应明确考查学生身体素质的内容及其比重,促进学生不断提高身体素质和运动能力.2)加快器械体操练习器材的配置和建设步伐,特别是户外器械数量、健身路径中的器械体操器材.Professional sports gymnastics teaching instrument gymnastics content are an integral part of instrument gymnastics practice to the improvement of quality of sports professional student body effect is remarkable.Through the methods of investigation,statistics and analysis,in zhoukou normal college sports college class of as investigation object,in view of instrument gymnastics practice to improve students'physical quality and the professional skills to master the role of the study.The results showed that:1)instrument gymnastics exercises to improve sports professional students'physical quality especially in muscle strength,range of motion,movement rhythm,body coordination has the effect of comprehensive development,is the foundation of sports professional students technical skills to master content;2)students instrument gymnastics practice mental energy is larger,the influence of sports professional students'psychological quality is significant.Through research,in view of the instrument gymnastics to enhance the role of professional sports students'physical quality,puts forward some suggestions,so as to provide reference for professional sports gymnastics teaching reform and using for reference.1)selection of instrument gymnastics practice content,perfecting the gymnastics curriculum examination evaluation system.2)to speed up the pace of instrument gymnastics practice equipment configuration and construction,especially in the number of outdoor equipment,fitness path instrument gymnastics equipment.
