医学模拟教育在住院医师规范化培训中的应用探讨

摘　　要：医学模拟教育是模拟技术在医学教育领域的应用,利用模拟的方式为学习者提供安全、高仿真的系统环境,通过在实践中学习以达到既定的学习目标。本研究从医疗环境的变化、诊疗技术的发展、医疗行为模式、医务人员评估考核、医学实践过程中的团队协作、住院医师自身特点等几个角度进行现状分析,阐述了医学模拟教育的必要性及必然性。结合上海交通大学瑞金临床医学院在住院医师规范化培训中开展医学模拟教育的经验,从"谁来培"、"培什么"、"怎么培"这3个角度,对医学模拟教育在住院医师规范化培训中的应用进行了深入解析。Healthcare simulation education is the application of simulation technology in the field of healthcare education.Simulation technology provide learners the safe,high simulation environment and help learners achieve the established learning goalsthrough Practice Based Learning.This research from the changing of medical environment,the development of medical technology,the healthcare model,the teamwork in healthcare and the characteristics of the residents were analyzed to explain the necessity and inevitability of simulation education in medical education.The three questions of“trained by Who?”,“Train what?”and“How to train?”were further explained based on our experience residency training.
