摘　　要：互联网背景下,信息技术飞速发展并广泛应用到教育领域,教育的信息化革命,已经波及到俄罗斯的教育领域。作为教育大国的俄罗斯非常重视远程开放教育,提出建立国家开放教育信息平台联盟,将网络开放课程纳入国家教育大纲中,网络开放课程可广泛用于高校之间的合作。In the setting of the Internet,information technology has been rapidly developed and widely applied to the education field.Educations information revolution has spread to Russias education field.As a major country of educating,Russia attaches great importance to the development of education.Russia has proposed to establish a national alliance for the opening of the education information platform.Online open courses are included in the national education syllabus.Open online courses can be widely used in the cooperation between colleges and universities.
