摘　　要：为了提高卓越软件工程师培养的实践教学质量,本文以合肥师范学院软件工程专业为例,结合卓越人才培养计划的培养要求,提出优化人才培养方案、构建梯进式实践教学体系、建设实验实训平台和改革考核方式、打造"双师型"专业教师队伍,研究"卓越计划"背景下的实践教学体系建设,力图构建一套可操作性强的地方应用型高水平大学实践教学体系。In order to improve the quality of outstanding software engineering's practice education,this paper takes the software engineering of Hefei Normal University as an example,according to the training requirements of Outstanding Engineers Training Program,and puts forward an optimized personnel cultivating program,a gradual practice teaching system and the construction of experimental training platform and its evaluation mode reform,and the construction of the team of qualified teachers.It also explores the construction of practice teaching system under the background of"Excellent Plan"and attempts to build a set of operable practical teaching system for local high-level application-oriented university.
