摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌及癌前病变患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的表达情况.方法收集20例慢性浅表性胃炎患者、20例胃癌前病变患者、38例胃癌患者血清标本,应用流式细胞仪检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平,并进一步分析胃癌患者在不同分期、不同组织学分型及有或无淋巴结转移的T淋巴细胞亚群表达情况.结果随着胃部疾病从浅表性胃炎-胃癌前病变-胃癌的逐渐进展,以及胃癌TNM分期的增加,胃癌发生淋巴结转移,外周血CD3+,CD4+T淋巴细胞表达逐渐降低,CD8+,CD25+T淋巴细胞表达逐渐升高.结论外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的表达与胃癌发生、发展密切相关.Objective To investigate the expression of peripheral T-lymphocyte subsets in patients with gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.Method The serum samples were collected from20cases of chronic superficial gastritis,20precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and38gastric cancer.Flow cytometry was used to test the level of peripheral T-lymphocyte subsets and analyze the expression of T-lymphocyte subsets in different TNM staging,different pathological type and with or without metastasis of lymph nodes in the patients with gastric cancer.Results With the gradual progress of stomach diseases from chronic superficial gastritis(CSG),precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)to gastric cancer(GC),the increase of TNM staging and the metastasis of gastric cancer to lymph nodes,the expression of CD3+and CD4+T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood was gradually reduced,and CD8+and CD25+T lymphocytes gradually increased.Conclusion The expression of peripheral T-lymphocyte subsets has a close relationship with the progress of gastric cancer,which can offer the research basis of early diagnosis and immunological treatment of gastric cancer.
