摘　　要：目的:研究饲料中添加不同量的黄粉虫蛋白对美洲大蠊药材的影响。方法:将常规饲养至成虫的美洲大蠊随机分组,以基础配方,添加15%、30%、60%黄粉虫蛋白为饲料,分别饲养45及90 d后测定脂肪、浸出物及游离氨基酸的含量。结果:不同饲养组药材的脂肪、浸出物含量无明显差异,但各游离氨基酸及总游离氨基酸含量有较大差异。结论:综合考虑美洲大蠊药材中总游离氨基酸、人体必需氨基酸、药效氨基酸和鲜味氨基酸的含量,添加15%黄粉虫蛋白,饲养90 d的方案为提高美洲大蠊药材品质和营养价值的优选饲喂方案。Objective:To study the effect on Periplaneta americana medicinal materials by adding different amounts of animal protein(powder of Tenebrio molitor)and feeding different period to optimize the feeding method.Methods:Adult P.americana that was fed normally to adult were divided into8groups randomly.They were fed with the foundation formula added with15%,30%and60%of animal protein respectively.After fed for45days and90days the content of fat,extract and free amino acid were detected.Results:There was significant difference in free amino acid and total amino acid content,but there was no significant difference in the fat content and extraction rate between different groups.Conclusion:Considering the contents of total amino acids,essential amino acid to human body,effective amino acid and umami amino acid,the best way of feeding formula for P.americana is adding15%of tenebrio molitor and lasting for90days,which can improve the quality and nutritional value of P.americana medicinal materials.
