摘  要:为解决目前PLC课程教学中存在的教学内容与工程实践联系不够紧密、学生学习能力差异无法因材施教等问题,提出了一种基于岗位角色的PLC复式动态分层教学模式,研究分层教学与项目教学相结合的方法,构建起动态分层教学模型,以职业能力培养为出发点,开展多层次、岗位工种/角色互换/工作组型的分层次教学,极大地激发了学生的学习的积极性,提高了课堂教学质量。让每一层次学生学有所成的同时实现了PLC课程教学与职业岗位需求的无缝接轨。Aiming to the problems in the PLC teaching such as the teaching content and the engineer practice out of touch,class teaching cannot meet the needs of the students because of their different learning abilities,the paper proposes a model which is called PLC compound dynamic stratified teaching model based on post role.It studies the combination method of stratified teaching and project teaching and establishes the dynamic stratified teaching model.Taking training professional ability as its starting-point,it carries out stratified teaching of multi layers,different posts,role exchange and working group.It greatly stimulates students'en?thusiasm for learning and improves the quality of classroom teaching.It makes the students in every layer have learned something and the PLC teaching seamlessly integrate with job requirements at the same time.
