学校食堂餐饮经营存在的问题及整改措施

摘　　要：学校食堂餐饮管理的情况,直接关系师生的身体健康,故而对食堂从业者的管理尤为重要。从业者的个人素质、业务能力及身体健康等情况,对学校食堂经营影响重大。本文从学校食堂管理现状出发,分析当前学校食堂餐饮经营方面存在的问题,包括学校食堂第一责任人、从业者管理及卫生等方面存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,以期为学校食堂进行有效的餐饮经营提供理论支撑。The management of school canteen catering is related to the health of teachers and students directly,especially the management of canteen practitioners.The personal quality,professional ability and physical health of the practitioners play an important role in the management of the school canteen.This paper analyzed the existing problems of the school canteen catering,including the existing first responsibility,the school canteen management practitioners,and health problems,and put forward corresponding suggestions for the school canteen catering management effectively.
