康莱特注射液联合调强放疗治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨康莱特注射液联合调强放疗治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取杭州市萧山区第一人民医院2014年3月～2016年3月收治的68例老年非小细胞肺癌患者，双盲法随机分成2组，对照组（n=34）采用调强放疗，观察组（n=34）基于对照组加用康莱特注射液，比较2组近期疗效、生活质量改善情况及不良反应情况。结果观察组RR率为76.5%，对照组RR率为70.6%，比较差异无统计学意义。2组治疗前SF-36评分比较无统计学意义，治疗后观察组SF-36评分为（594.2±62.8）分，明显高于对照组，且2组治疗后SF-36评分均明显高于本组治疗前（P＜0.05）。观察组WBC、中性粒细胞均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论康莱特注射液联合调强放疗治疗老年非小细胞肺癌患者临床效果优良。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kanglaite combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy in the treatment of elderly non-small cell lung cancer.Methods68patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)from March2014to March2016were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=34)was treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy.The observation group(n=34)based on the control group plus Kanglaite,compared the two groups of recent efficacy,quality of life improvement and adverse reactions.Results There was no significant difference of RR between the two groups.There was no significant difference of SF-36between the two groups before treatment,SF-36of observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36of two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of WBC,neutrophils in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kanglaite combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy for elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer clinical results are excellent,worthy of promotion.
