评价临床规范化治疗模式下中药喜乐宁与新型抗抑郁药物盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效

摘　　要：目的评价临床规范化治疗模式下中药喜乐宁与新型抗抑郁药物盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选择浙江温州市中西医结合医院2014年1月～2017年1月收治的90例抑郁症患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者给予中药喜乐宁治疗，对照组给予新型抗抑郁药物盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗，对2组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后HAMD-17评分、HAMA评分、QIDS评分、CGI评分进行分析对比。结果观察组与对照组患者治疗的总有效率差异不明显；观察组患者治疗前HAMD-17评分高于治疗后HAMD-17评分（P＜0.05）；对照组患者治疗前HAMD-17评分高于治疗后HAMD-17评分（P＜0.05）。观察组患者治疗前HAMA评分高于治疗后（P＜0.05）；对照组治疗前HAMA评分高于治疗前（P＜0.05）。观察组患者在治疗前与2周、4周、6周后QIDS评分对比有差异（P＜0.05）；对照组患者在治疗前与治疗后相比，QIDS评分有差异（P＜0.05）。观察组患者在治疗前后CGI评分对比有明显差异（P＜0.05）；对照组患者治疗前后CGI评分差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论在评价临床规范化治疗模式下对抑郁症患者采用中药喜乐宁、盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗，中药喜乐宁的治疗作用更佳。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine and venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release capsules,a new antidepressant,on the treatment of depression.Methods90patients with depression were admitted from January2014to January2017in Wenzhou traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Xilening,the control group were treated with antidepressant venlafaxine hydrochloride sustainedrelease capsules.The total efficiency,HAMD-17score,HAMA score,QIDS score and CGI score were compared in the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the two groups was not significantly different;HAMD-17score in the observation group before treatment was higher than that after treatment(P<0.05);The HAMD-17score before treatment in the control group was higher than that after the treatment(HAMD-17)(P<0.05).The HAMA score before treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05);the HAMA score in the control group before treatment was higher than that before the treatment(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group before and after2weeks,4weeks,6weeks after the QIDS score difference(P<0.05);the control group patients before treatment and after treatment,QIDS score difference(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group before and after treatment CGI score was significantly different(P<0.05);the control group patients before and after treatment CGI score difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the evaluation of clinical standardized treatment mode,t Chinese medicine Xilening and venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release capsules were used in the treatment of depression.The effect of Xilening is better.
