斑蝥酸钠注射液联合心理干预治疗胸腔积液的疗效以及对患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析并探讨斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液治疗胸腔积液的临床效果以及不良反应的影响。方法选取恶性肿瘤合并胸腔积液患者120例。回顾性分析患者临床治疗方案，根据治疗方案分为观察组和对照组。2组均为顺铂化疗病例，观察组给予联合斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液治疗。结果观察组有效率为66.67%，高于对照组有效率为48.33%（P＜0.05）。2组治疗后生活质量均有明显改善，观察组较对照组改善更加明显（P＜0.05）。观察组发热、胃肠道反应发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组PFS、OS明显长于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液治疗胸腔积液临床效果显著，有利于提高患者PFS和OS，生活质量改善，降低不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of cantharidin sodium vitamin B6injection in the treatment of pleural effusion and the effect of adverse reactions.Methods120cases of malignant tumor with pleural effusion were selected.Clinical treatment programs were retrospectively analyzed,according to the treatment program,all patients were divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in both groups were cisplatin chemotherapy cases,the observation group was given cantharidin sodium vitamin B6injection.Results The effective rate was66.67%in the observation group and48.33%in the control group.The quality of life of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment,the observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05).The incidence of fever and gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).PFS,OS of the observation group was significantly longer than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of cantharidin sodium vitamin B6injection in the treatment of pleural effusion is significant,which is beneficial to improve the PFS and OS and the quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
