摘　　要：目的观察口服普萘洛尔联合激光治疗婴幼儿头面部血管瘤的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选取20例婴幼儿头面部血管瘤,均不伴有瘤体破溃。入院后予心电图,心脏彩超检查,排除用药禁忌,予以口服普萘洛尔(2mg/kg·d),同时结合定期激光治疗。结果口服普萘洛尔72h内,瘤体的颜色、张力均有不同程度减轻。随访3~12个月,通过B超检查显示的病灶血流信号及瘤体大小的变化进行疗效评估。其中痊愈12例,显效8例,有效率100%。3例病人用药初期出现腹泻,予补液等对症处理后好转。其余无明显异常不良反应。结论口服普萘洛尔联合激光治疗婴幼儿头面部血管瘤,疗效显著且不良反应较少,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective The purpose is to observe clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of oral propranolol combined laser therapy for infants with craniofacial hemangioma.Methods Selected20cases of infant craniofacial hemangioma that tumors had not burst.Did electrocardiogram,cardiac ultrasound examination after admission to hospital.exclude the drug prohibition and oralled propranolol(2mg/kg d),combined with regular laser treatment.Result Oralled propranolol duing72hours,The color and tension of the tumor were reduced in different degrees Follow-up for3~12months,The results showed that the changes of the blood flow signal and the size of the tumor are evaluated.Among them,12cases were cured,8cases were developed,and the efficiency was100%.Three patients had diarrhea in the early days of the drug administration,and the symptoms improved after rehydration therapy.There was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Oralling propranolol combined with laser is a safe and effective treatment for infants with craniofacial hemangioma.
