牙冠延长术在残根桩冠修复中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨牙冠延长术在残根桩冠修复中的应用效果。方法将2015年1月至2016年1月在我院行患牙残根桩冠修复的64例患者按手术方式的不同分为研究组(n=32)与对照组(n=32),研究组患者行牙冠延长术,对照组患者行牙龈切除术,比较两组术后8周、1年的手术成功率及术后1年牙周袋深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)。结果研究组术后8周、1年时的手术成功率分别为100.00%、93.75%,均明显高于对照组81.25%、75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1年时,研究组的PD、SBI均明显低于术前与对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将牙冠延长术应用到残根桩冠修复中疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of surgical crown lengthening in restoration of residual root post crown.Methods64patients with restoration of residual root post crown in our hospital from January2015to January2016were divided into research group(n=32)and control group(n=32)by surgical methods.Research group was given surgical crown lengthening,while control group was treated with gingivectomy.The operative successful rate after surgery for8weeks and one year,probing depth(PD)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)after surgery for one year were compared between the two groups.Results The operative successful rate after surgery for8weeks and one year in research group were100.00%and93.75%,which were higher than81.25%and75.00%in control group(P<0.05);After surgery for one year,the PD and SBI of the study group were significantly lower than the preoperative and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of surgical crown lengthening in restoration of residual root post crown is effective,which is worthy of promotion.
