探讨不同类型的瓷贴面以及烤瓷全冠在口腔美容修复中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨不同类型的瓷贴面以及烤瓷全冠在口腔美容修复中的临床效果。方法选择2015年6月至2016年6月于我院口腔门诊接受修复治疗的118例患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为A、B、C三组,A组35例采用E-max铸瓷系统制作贴面治疗,B组37例采用IPS-EMPRESSS Ⅱ铸瓷系统制作贴面治疗,C组46例则接受传统金属烤瓷全冠修复,比较各组患者修复满意度以及1年内并发症发生情况。结果 A、B组患者修复优良率明显高于C组(P<0.05),并且A组与B组修复优良率比较无显著差异(P>0.05);三组患者修复后1年内修复体脱落率比较无显著差异(P>0.05);但A、B组并发症发生率明显低于C组(P<0.05)。结论 E-max、IPS-EMPRESS Ⅱ系统制作的瓷贴面在口腔修复中效果与美观程度均明显优于传统烤瓷全冠修复,脱落率与并发症发生率较低,具有临床应用及推广价值。Objective To study the different types of porcelain veneers and clinical effect of porcelain beauty full crown in the oral cavity repair.Methods:In June2015to June2015in our hospital dental clinic repair treatment of118cases of patients as the research object.Its randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,A group of35cases with E-Max casting porcelain system make cover treatment,B group of37cases of the IPS-EMPRESSS II cast porcelain produced cover treatment system,46cases of group C received traditional ceramometal full crown restoration,more complications occurred within1year each patient satisfaction and repair.Results:The rate of good repair in patients with A,B group was obviously higher than that of group C(P<0.05),and group A and group B repair fine rate was no significant difference(P>0.05);Three groups of patients to repair within1year after restoration loss rate was no significant difference P>0.05);But A,B group of incidence of complications was lower than that in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:E-Max,IPS EMPRESS II system made of porcelain cover effect and beautiful degree in dental restorations were significantly superior to the traditional porcelain full crown restoration,loss rate and low incidence of complications,clinical application and popularization value.
