口腔正畸中应用微螺钉种植体支抗的价值分析与评估

摘　　要：目的探究口腔正畸中应用微螺钉种植体支抗的价值。方法选择我院2016年1月至2017年5月90例接受口腔正畸的患者,根据随机表分组。对照组采用普通的正畸支抗治疗技术;微螺钉组应用微螺钉种植体支抗。比较两组患者口腔正畸总有效率、平均治疗时间、治疗过程患者疼痛程度、情绪状态;治疗后牙龈炎、牙齿松动和软组织水肿等并发症出现率;治疗前后咀嚼功能和牙齿美观评分。结果微螺钉组患者口腔正畸总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);微螺钉组平均治疗时间、治疗过程患者疼痛程度、情绪状态比对照组好(P<0.05);微螺钉组治疗后牙龈炎、牙齿松动和软组织水肿等并发症出现率比对照组低(P<0.05)。干预前咀嚼功能和牙齿美观评分相似(P>0.05)。干预后微螺钉组咀嚼功能和牙齿美观评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸中应用微螺钉种植体支抗的价值高,可有效缩短治疗时间,减少相关并发症的发生,改善患者牙齿美观度和咀嚼功能,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the value of micro screw implant anchorage in orthodontics.Methods90cases of orthodontic patients in our hospital from January2016to May2017were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with ordinary orthodontic anchorage technique,and the micro screw group was treated with micro screw implant anchorage.The total effective rate of orthodontic treatment,average treatment time,pain degree and emotional state of the patients were compared between the two groups.The incidence of complications such as gingivitis,loose teeth and soft tissue edema after treatment were evaluated,and the masticatory function and tooth aesthetic score before and after treatment were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of orthodontic treatment in the micro screw group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The average treatment time,the degree of pain and emotional state of the patients in the micro screw group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications such as gingivitis,loose teeth and soft tissue edema in the micro screw group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of masticatory function and tooth beauty were similar before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the masticatory function and aesthetic score of the micro screw group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro screw implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment is of high value,which can effectively shorten the treatment time,reduce the occurrence of related complications,improve the aesthetic and masticatory function of patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
