摘  要:全息防伪材料的随角变色性导致其印刷图像质量难以检测和控制。通过显微分析全息防伪材料表面微观结构,结合材料特有的光学特性,设计检测系统整体方案,包括图像采集单元,图像处理单元,通讯与输入输出单元。图像处理与分析模块是检测系统的核心功能模块,通过软件对输入的图像数据进行系统化计算,并与标准图像数据进行对比分析,输出运算结果。系统具有自我学习功能,对印刷产品的细小缺陷能够自动识别并补充到数据库中,同时修订标准图像参数。项目提出新型印刷图像在线检测系统方案,能有效解决了现有印刷质量在线检测系统的图像处理与数据传输不适合全息防伪印刷的问题。Holographic anti-counterfeiting materials with the color discoloration of the printed image quality is difficult to detect and control.Through the microscopic analysis of the microstructure of holographic anti-falsification materials,combined with the unique optical properties of materials,the overall design of the detection system,including image acquisition unit,image processing unit,communication and input and output unit.The image processing and analysis module is the core function module of the detection system.The input image data is systematically calculated by software,and compared with the standard image data,the operation result is output.The system has a self-learning function,the small defects in printed products can be automatically identified and added to the database,while revising the standard image parameters.Project put forward a new printing image online detection system program,can effectively solve the existing printing quality online detection system,image processing and data transmission is not suitable for holographic security printing.
