摘　　要：光引发剂是UV油墨的重要组成部分,广泛应用于食品包装行业的UV印刷中。由于部分光引发剂不仅具有致癌性、皮肤和生殖毒性,还会迁移到食品中,已经成为食品中的危险污染物。欧盟、中国等国家发布了一系列法规和标准对其使用和在产品中的含量进行规范。针对禁用光引发剂,本文还介绍了相关光引发剂替代物的研究现状。Photoinitiators as an important part of UV ink are widely used in the UV printing of food packaging industry.Because part of the photoinitiators not only have carcinogenic,skin and reproductive toxicity,but also can migrate to food,so they have become a dangerous pollutant in food.The European Union,China and other countries issued a series of regulations and standards to restrict their application and contents in products.For forbidden photoinitiators,the paper also introduces the research development of related substitution.
